This part of the homepage is devoted
to my family, the Horsens branch of the Svane Family beginning with Anne
Svane, the wife of the Major of the city of Horsen 1590-1615.
The purpose her is
to
encourage your and your family to make your own library rooms, your
homepage of remembrance, a place to put your pictures on your walls in
your library and share them with us by links.
It could also be on this homepage or one of those available on internet.
In a library room you put pictures on the wall - family pictures - your
old man, your grandmother, your ancestors. So there you have it - the
Svane family library room.
You may think it is a crazy idea - and it properly is - but we learn to
know the diversity of our family and its struggles through centuries.
That is history.

My family library is
far from complete. It is mostly in Danish but I am looking for stories
and links of family members from all over the world.
