My home in Cyberspace. 

In the good old days, just 100 years ago, when my forefathers' wanted to communicate, they had to go to the local Church each Sunday or drink beer in the local town Tavern/Inn. In those day, when we wanted to publish a book/paper, we used the term - to send it on the streets

To day we publish our things in Cyberspace. It is easy, saves money, is fast, we have a large audience and we can correct fault or make instant changes, when ever we like.

And it has not escape the attention of me and many others, that we can publish our the book of our ancestors family history and pedigree chart in portions and get instant responses .....especially if we make some errors.

We call it an interactive family history book, where we can expand our book with stories from other related families, historical backgrounds, links etc. in the world they lived in.

What a wonderful world as Louis Armstrong would called it.

Svane means Swan in English and Lebed in Russia.

The bird itself, project beauty and grace and as a symbol - it demands a clean environment. And it is exactly what it is, a symbol of environmental quality in the  Scandinavian Countries. The Swan Environmental Label, is Scandinavia's official environmental certification label and a derivative of the Eco-Label endorsed by the European Union.

It has been the family insignia (Coat of Arms) for more than 450 years.

Ouch! I forgot to tell you, that I am fundamentally a mason by trade - which is actually a royal trade in the kingdom of Denmark - a passionate bridge player with a hang to look into other peoples lives before me. The problem is, they are all dead, so you can't talk to them.

But as an old mason freind of mine said, you ought to have your own home, so I thought maybe it would be nice to have your own home in Cyberspace too “My CyberHome”.

So that was I have done and part of it I have transformed into a genealogy site. But there are a lot of other rooms in my CyberHome - this Homepage is just one of many. A lot of activities is going on in my CyberHome.  I have even made a cave under the house - but that is a dead end now.

My dream is that, we together can build a family library in my CyberHome, a Family library with many walls filled with books, stories and pictures of our ancestors from all over the world. We have plenty of rooms.
